My name is Maja Schmid, I describe myself as an open-minded, positive thinking, empathic and mindful person. The human phenomenon, movement and nature are my focus – whether as a mommy, social pedagogue or kinesiologist.

In kinesiology I have found a convincing and far-reaching way to release the inner strength of the human being and to ensure long-lasting health. In doing so, the human being is perceived as a whole, embedded in his or her environment, and is specifically balanced with gentle methods.

From my first profession in social work I am used to working in a networked way and I see the positive effect for the individual recovery of the clients, because the causes of a problem can be very complex. The linking approach of Arcus therefore corresponds exactly to my work philosophy.
