Health insurance
Our therapeutic services are recognized by all Swiss health insurance companies. For services that are covered by supplementary insurance, the reimbursement amount varies depending on the insurance company. Please contact your insurer directly to find out about the reimbursement modalities. The insurances handle coverage of massages or counseling individually. To find out the degree of coverage by your insurer, please contact them directly.
Cancel an appointment
If you are unable to attend, appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled at short notice and/or missed appointments will be charged (not covered by health insurance or supplementary insurance).
