Our Services

  • Girls' day

On Girls’ Day, girls between the ages of 11 and 13 spend a day together in nature. You will learn more about the changes in your body and discover your strengths. In a group of no more than twelve girls, we will spend time together and alone, listen to each other and tell stories, experience the girls circle. A lunch together, perhaps with a fire, is of course also part of it.

    The introductory evening for mothers:

Girls’ Day is about preparing for the upcoming onset of the first menstrual period. Girls experience a tremendous physical and psychological change during this time, entering puberty with their first menstrual period. The body changes rapidly and always seems strange to you, which can bring with it a rollercoaster of emotions.

During the introductory evening, you as a mother have the opportunity to find out more about Girls’ Day, ask questions and talk to other “girl mothers”.
