Release of blockages – How kinesiology can help
Your body speaks to you. Every symptom points to an inner imbalance, to a blockage. And your body doesn’t lie.
A blockage? Let’s take a look inside our brain, the top control center in our nervous system. This is where the memories are at home. Our thoughts, feelings and actions are created, stored and recalled. The brain forms the central interface between body, mind and soul, freely flowing energy creates a healthy balance.
When we are exposed to stress, our limbic survival system in our reptilian brain goes into freeze or escape mode, inhibiting the flow of energy. If a stressor lasts longer, our survival system switches to combat mode. This can lead to energy blockages, which affect the optimal functioning of our brain and, in the longer term, can also be the cause of illness.
In kinesiology, we look for such blockages and dissolve underlying stressors such as beliefs, thoughts or emotional entanglements in order to get the energy flowing again and the body’s own regulatory process going. The birth of a child exemplifies this. If a woman is shaped by previous traumatic birth experiences, the fear of an intervention or thoughts like “I can never stand the contractions” this has a blocking influence on the birth process. However, if her whole body system is balanced so that she is at peace with what she has already experienced, full of trust in her body and with a clear positive mental image, she has free access to her resources and can use her full female power.
Kinesiology also addresses the causes of the imbalance in physical symptoms such as allergies, chronic diseases, weight and digestive problems or pain (e.g. migraines, menstrual cramps). Physical injuries can also have an impact on our energy system as well as our emotions and thoughts. That is why in kinesiology we eliminate the scars after accidents and operations.
Blockages of emotional origin such as sleep disorders, inner restlessness, stress, exhaustion, depression or self-esteem problems as well as mental blockages in the form of decision-making difficulties, motivational problems or trouble reading, writing, arithmetic or speaking are also suitable topics for a promising kinesiological treatment.
Even if there is no clear diagnosis: your subconscious knows where the imbalance is and will use the muscle test to show what it takes to balance your body system and bring it back to well-being.
Because your body never lies.
